This sleep tech was terrible. His name was Austin & he made me go to bed with wires on at 8pm when I requested a later sleep and wake time. Apparently, he had better things to do! This is unacceptable.
Still havent gotten results after 2 weeks and phone never gets answered not sure if i did my test correctly or not
To have a sleep study, recommended by my doctor at this facility, I had to schedule it almost four months in advance. On the evening of the appointment I followed all their instructions. I found the facility clean and with what seemed to be good security. The staff seemed friendly and efficient. I was given a room two corridors back from the nursing station and some paperwork to complete. They "lost" my sleep study results after saying they haven't read them in over 2 months. Charged my insurance and forced me to pay the deductible. Said "we don't have a record of you doing the sleep study but we aren't going to refund you either". Then did a telehealth visit if which they said they see i was there but have no info on the sleep study, no results and nothing recorded anyways, but said I should wait another 9 weeks. Their phone line has been disconnected as of 10/27/2023. Already called the feedback line listed in the auto reply of another review and left a message about this with no reply. Watch, they'll post the same number here too...
