Dr. Ozeir is fantastic! She's knowledgeable, compassionate, always on time to our video visits, follows up with great information, and makes sure we agree on the coarse to fixing my health issue(s). I would definitely recommend her.
Very disappointing experience with the ProMedica Sleep Center at Flower Hospital. We spent about 20 minutes trying to find the correct location for my child’s scheduled sleep study. I called multiple times and asked staff for help, but there were no clear instructions on how to actually get to the sleep center. This was especially difficult because I had a sleepy, exhausted child with me who had been prepared for an overnight sleep study. Dr. Ozeir is amazing. She explained everything and answered any questions I had and my wife had. This was the first appointment and they called me for the follow up appointment, I forgot.
