If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve been going here since December 2023. Immediately hated it, everyone lacks empathy. Especially Madeline Craig and her team of nurses. I went in because I was experiencing all these symptoms that related to pregnancy but my tests were neg so I knew there was a deeper issue. Dr Brodsky and Dr Craig are absolutely amazing!! Very knowledgeable, caring and answer questions very throughly!! All the staff at this office are very friendly and knowledgeable!!! I highly recommend going here for your yearly woman exams and other needs!!
Great obgyn, but I’ve been having an issue for about 4 days and I can’t get ahold of them. They have no business hours and I can’t get ahold of the “on call doctor” it’s literally Monday and haven’t been able to get ahold of them all day. When you call it just says “we are either on lunch or outside of normal business hours” yet have no information anywhere on what the normal business hours are… it’s very upsetting when you need help but can’t reach out to the people that you need and have no information on when you can reac... read more
