yeah they are horrible. terminated my son because they say i had 6 missed appointments. which isnt true. i boycot them
After my son being a patient there for 3 years, the office staff have only been problems. They changed my sons doctor/location without even asking in advanced!!! The lady (Linda) checking us in for his appointment was rude, nasty, and wouldn't let me speak. I was being reprimanded for THEIR mistake!! Then when I asked for an office manager, I was told she's not in today... Not the first time I was told this.
