For over three weeks, I have been calling repeatedly to schedule an appointment for my mother to see Dr. Kung, an interventional neurologist, which was a referral made by her primary care physician at UTMC. Despite multiple calls and even a conference call between UTMC and ProMedica to ensure all referral information was sent, ProMedica Neurology’s clinical staff continues to give me the runaround. Very helpful. Especially when. Guiding me through the process of my nerve blocks. I was extremely nervous & they talked me every step of the way.
Dr. Naz and staff was absolutely amazing! It was our first visit with her and our son! The time she took with us, listened to us and set up a plan of care was beyond excellent!
