Things to expect at promedica neurology : -Deceitful staff They have no qualms lying to patients about anything. They will lie about medications and prior auths being sent. They will lie about returned calls/messages, they will lie about referrals being sent to other offices. -Utter and complete disregard for patients. It takes about 4+ messages over the course of two weeks to just get in contact with your doctor. They will gaslight you the entire time about trying to contact (people have call logs and voicemails you know?).... read more
Doctors here don't really seem to care. I had questions in regards to medications they were prescribing, I get told they'll get back to me on it and never do. Prior authorizations for meds go unanswered. When I finally get sick of being in pain and look for a referral to another doctor, it's been 3+ weeks now and their office can't even correctly fax over a medical referral.
