Heartbroken, Humiliated, and Dismissed as a Patient I never thought I’d write a review like this, but patients deserve to know how they might be treated. Let the extremely low rating speak for itself about this place. When I first came here I saw Dr. Cartwright and she was phenomenal. She listened to all of my concerns and made me feel seen. However, I was told by a nurse on my first appointment that they ALWAYS have a doctor or nurse on call for same day sick visits. I tried to make one not even a month later and the soonest they could get me in, with ANYONE not even Cartwright was two and a half weeks. Highly do NOT recommend this practice. They don’t take the time to understand you or even remember previous discussions in office. All my provider did at this office was talk into the microphone and typed on the keyboard. Didn’t make an attempt to understand my circumstances, I have an autoimmune disease and the provider couldn’t even remember that much without looking into my records, if they even went that far. I switched to a different health system and they have been much more helpful. Let the 2.1 star rating reflect.

I scheduled a physical appointment, clearly outlining my needs when I made the call, including blood work. The medical assistant, T, was wonderful and took the time to discuss my concerns. My original appointment was at 4:30 pm, but it was moved up because the doctor needed to leave early. After spending time with T, Dr. Ravi Pothiereddy came in, barely stayed for two minutes, and quickly reviewed everything I had already gone over with T.
