I normally come here to get my stand in labs done, normally quick in and out 10 minutes. I have another appointment to attend in in 40 minutes from when I first checked in. The first receptionist at the entry door "Christina." I checked and sat down with in the first 10 minutes a 60+ year old man comes of the elevator and ask Christina "WHY WOULD YOU SEND ME UPSTAIRS?! Came in with my elderly mother and the front desk was unbelievable rude checking us in and when we sat down to wait to be seen she was complaining to her coworker about other patients loudly , I asked one of the nurses what her name was and pointed her out and was told her name was Tina. My mom has been coming here for 5 years and has never had an issue this has really put a damper on us coming
First time there, but very impressed!!! Friendly, helpful and efficient staff from check-in through discharge!!! Plus easy to navigate!!
