I was about 15 minutes away from arriving to my appt received a phone call that appt had been cancelled due to emergency surgery . Things happen and I understand that. What i dont like is that they are unable to reschedule me on a date or time that I will not have to take a whole day off of work. I explained to the receptionist that I work in Ann arbor and cant take a whole day off of work . The only times she offers me are literally in the middle of the day ( like 1100- 1200).
