I tried to switch from a NP to an MD and the OFFICE staff would not LET me. The office manager apparently contradicts MY CARE and says weather I am "allowed" to switch to a new provider within the practice. If I am not happy with my provider, why am I forced to stay? Now I have to find a completely different care team at a different company because all of Promedica is associated with the same PPG Family network. This is unreasonable.
I called them to see if I could work something out with them for an appointment told them my situation and they laughed at me. Never in my life have I had a doctor who takes care of people laugh at me for a situation I’m going through. So I do not recommend go to her at all
Amazing and caring service! I do not feel rushed. They really take the time to talk with you! They are excellent about working with you for payment arrangements if needed!
