I know the experience across their locations has been rated pretty low by folks. Ive been to each of them in my process of being diagnosed. I've had to wait months for appointments, had to reschedule, and I've had to call in daily in order to grab other's canceled appointments. The receptionists at every step, in person and on the phone, have always been very nice and accommodating within their abilities. The doctor and audiologist were both on time and incredibly kind. Dr Baxter was incredible and extremely thorough. She has a great bedside manner, light hearted but direct and to the point. Highly recommended if you’re looking into an ENT.
they are easy to schedule with and I feel knowledgeable. Dr.Talot took care of my sons procedures, she was very informative and helped calmed my nerves. My son had a bunch done including tubes in his ears. We have had some issues with the tubes and unfortunately getting in to see a doctor sooner than later is impossible. You have to make your appointments way ahead of time. There is zero flexibility moving your appointments up. I was examined by Dr Baxter. She was very thorough and explained my medical condition/controls in easy to understand terminology. She was pleasant and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her.
