If I could give zero stars on would. Avoid this practice. While my physician was very nice and thorough, I was scheduled for a procedure, spoke to a scheduler, got a date,time and instructions to arrive an hour early. A few days before my procedure I had no prep materials and no instructions so I called-for two days no one answered and no one returned my call when I left a message. Absolute horrible place! They never answer your concerns following testing (in MyChart), straight up lied about sending a script to my pharmacy (that they still haven’t sent in), won’t honor my request to switch providers, and never pick up the phone. This place should be shut down honestly. Please do not come here, let alone go to any of the providers (I see S********e R**e).
They said that they would mail an order for an xray. I messaged twice and waited on the phone 15 minutes. Absolutely terrible follow through if you don't use their facilities for everything. I am very disappointed in this office.
My husband had a 730am appointment and the front desk lady did not get there til 745am which caused my husband to book another later appointment because they refused to go and tell the Dr it was their fault!!!!! My husband waited so long for this much neeeded gastrointestinal appointment!! SHAME ON YOU PROMEDICA
