We love dr heather lefevre ! She makes it feel very comfortable and you can tell she’s there because she cares about the kids. All the staff I’ve encountered have been so kind.

I informed Amanda the office manager that I was not comfortable with my sons doctor and that I wanted to switch to a diffrent doc. I do not like her beside manner or how she handles my sons medical problems. And her response was we don't switch doctors. I feel I should be able to change my child's doctor if there is a problem with how she handles things

I called at 12 and the answer service said you guys were closed already I tried again at 215 they said you guys were still closed I thought Friday you guys closed at 3pm

Doctor does not listen and waves everything off as normal. You're better off driving out of town. My daughter has been sick for months with no response to over the counter medication. The doctor told me it was allergies and prescribed her allergy medicine, even though we were already taking that regularly. Here I am, wasting my time and my daughter missing more school to go see a different doctor where they actually listened to me and helped us.
