I was very pleased with the care that my aunt received. Everyone was very nice and professional. They were always there for questions. I would definitely recommend them.
Promedica Heartland Hospice did a great job with my husband's Aunt. They were timely, passionate, helped clinically, and spiritually for the family. Very appreciative of this team.
I only gave it a 1 because I couldn't give them a 0. It took 7 hrs to get a nurse to the house and I didn't have proper medication to help with Transition. Took calling multiple times. I wouldn't use them ever. They fail all the way around it was awful experience.
