Trying to get scheduled here is impossible. One person scheduling for thousands of patients. Promedica is a terrible organization. They do not have any care or compassion for their patients. In chronic pain that affects my ability to operate in my life and they cant even be bothered to pick up the phone. No one takes me seriosuly. Filed a formal complaint with Promedica’s Patient Advocate against Dr. Nagel over a month ago regarding an incorrect prescription for my 4-year-old’s seizure rescue medication—an error that could have had life-threatening consequences. No response was received. I followed up after a second prescription was also incorrect. After two dangerous mistakes and $300 in associated costs, I am requesting reimbursement. Dr. Reinard, thank you and your wonderful staff, and Toledo hospital. I am so very grateful to you. I was bought in from Adroan, MI. Apparently my side airbag deployed and I had hangmans break. I had 50/50 chance at survival. This was over a year ago.
