My daughter needed an MRI. They weren't busy at all. We got right in. The staff was super friendly from time of check in until we left!
JENNIFER that does EEG is very rude. She began to do my sons eeg and tried to argue with me about my child having product in his hair. As I told her my child doesn’t. She continued to be argumentative then throws the tape measure on the floor that is used on my son hair. I asked her to wipe it off because it’s been on the floor. She respond with what you say. Calls make me anxious since people can be so rude, but I've never had a bad receptionist here and that means A LOT.
So I took my dad to get a heart MRI and when they went back the nurse that was at the window said that he would be back shortly and then he went back and I've been sitting in the uncomfortable waiting area for almost two hours and Thay have not said anything to let me know what was going on and on the paper for the appointment it listed a lot of things but not duration or starting duration and now I've been here waiting for 2 hours and no info on what is going on or how much longer it will be this place is big and nice but n... read more
My experience started off a litte rocky as i go here for botix for migraines, i didn't feel comfortable with a fellow doing my botox. I had researched doctors and i had one in mind that had lors of experience. Once i brought this to there attention, the doctor accommodated me and he now does my injections which im so appreciative. Other then that my visits have been pleasant, the staff is friendly.
