Beautiful facility, great staff, and great management team especially since the recent changes.

Ugh..my dad was a resident for 3 Years. I would NOT recommend sending you family or friends here. They literally did not put my dad’s bypap mask on for MONTHS, let him run out of oxygen many times and all this was all ordered by his doctor. They do bare minimum!!!! Go. Somewhere. Else! The social workers however, were fantastic!
I was admitted there earlier this year upon my discharge from Beaumont for the second time within a year and I was absolutely devastated because I wanted nothing more than to just go home. When the nurse came in to greet me I never felt more at ease and she was my nurse every day I was there for 6 weeks, her name was Lauren and she was my guardian angel, I swear I prolly would have signed out before my time and been in worst shape and back in the hospital. Thank you Lauren for being there every day and just listening!!
