I came here to visit my sister in the hospital. Her doctor told me i could go back but the er front desk staff chased me all the way down to her room then yelled at me in front of my sister who is the patient. Then when I came out of the ER they banned me from going on there because they said I flipped them off I told them check the cameras multiples times and they refused. Was seen in the ER today I normally will not go to ProMedica HOWEVER after today with the care I received, I will go again if needed Dr. Mehta and Nathan Speckhart PA-C were amazing Both listened, showed concern and were friendly making a nervous situation eased. These two men should get an award for remembering that a smile, a laugh and kindness puts the people who are already worried and or scared feel a little safer. Sad so many have had negative stories.Been going to this hospital over 30 years.Almost all my Dr's work out of here and have never experienced anything like these stories.I love it there.Always treated great.Was there today for a in office procedure, was a bit of a wait due to an emergency and I hadn't eaten.Told them I was feeling weird they brought be crackers,pretzels,water.Felt better instantly..
Like any hospital it has its pros and cons but I have to say they treated me with care and Stacy gazan made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of so thank you Stacy and all the staff that took care of me during my stay much appreciated.
