All of my encounters with Promedica Monroe Regional have been great. I have had no bad experiences with them and I have been there multiple times. Everyone from ER to registration to labs to mammograms, etc. are the nicest people. I have never had to wait very long and communication is great. The volunteers, though, are not very friendly but I don't hold that against the hospital. The volunteers could use some education in smiling and kindness if they want to work in such an environment.
