Unhappy with communication in general. However, this review is regarding privacy. Had an appointment. Resident said he was referring me to ENT. He said he was going to print my after visit summary and referral. The paperwork I was given (which I didn't look at until I was in a store parking lot was not mine. The patient education pages were not about what I had been seen for. However, they had no identifying patient information. They don’t call in prescriptions you need and say they called them in. The receptionist only answers phones half of the time. And the drs will never call you back to inform you the next course of action FOR YOUR CHILD. beyond frustrating I’m switching DRs at this point because they don’t care about the patients at all. Very dissatisfying and neglectful!
Very unprofessional. They do not like to respond to individuals calls and have a hard time faxing over an individuals prescriptions. I do not recommend this place for someone who needs to take daily medications. This is not a good place.
They forgot to send over the global authorization form for the specialist and when I called reception to request that, the receptionist was rude and hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone. I have never dealt with a more rude reception in my life.
There is a serious concern about ProMedica doctors and labs in Monroe County, MI. People are scared to go to the Promedica hospital or use any doctors or labs affiliated with Promedica in Monroe, MI. I don't know how Promedica has ignored the reviews, statistics, etc, of the hospital, doctors, and lab reviews/patient outcomes in Monroe, MI, but it's unacceptable.
