8:15 and they still aren't open. Was told it would be another 10 minutes before the person with a key gets here.
The phlebotomists are really wonderful, but you can hear everyone’s private medical information from the lobby. You hear phlebotomists talking with patients, and you especially hear the person doing the intake. This is NOT the fault of any of the workers, but rather the layout of the facility. But the woman who did my blood draw did everything in her power to get the order information she needed for me which was super helpful!

Kendrick is hands-down the best phlebotomist! I'm a tough one for most but he has NEVER missed and uses a guage small enough that I don't even feel the initial puncture. He is so polite, modest and humble even though he is phenomenal at his job. He is such a blessing!!
