Some of the people that work in the surgical center at ProMedica need to be let go or they need to go back to school because this lady you should see the damage she done to my arm trying to do an IV that she did not know how to do she was squinting her eyes with glasses on I just it's ridiculous they need to get these people checked out before they give them jobs
I Hope I'm writing a review for the right place, surgery center connected to the hospital, next to the ER. The kindest, most amazing staff I have ever met. Very caring, explained everything to me and made me feel very taken care of. I can't remember my nurses name, but she was an amazing human and I greatly appreciated her assisting me today.
I been here 2 times in last 6 months. Everything went great. Everyone is super nice! Friendly staff willing to help out with all your needs! Well taken care of!
I work nights need to go to sleep! Was suppose to get a call between 12-2pm to know what time my surgery is tomorrow. An yet here we are 2 pm and no call what’s sooo ever.
Very unprofessional office staff, With the exception of one person.
