Fantastic people. They are so kind and helpful. My only complaint is the fragrance or air freshener cologne type smell was very bad for my asthma and was feeling it days after. Please consider going scent free please.

I truly cannot say enough positive things about the surgical team at ProMedica. From the moment I walked in, the kindness and professionalism were evident — even down to staff remembering my family members’ names. Having access to a less invasive robotic approach was incredible, and overall the experience felt very patient-focused. Being a smaller community hospital also meant easier access and a much more personal level of care, which I deeply appreciated. Some of the people that work in the surgical center at ProMedica need to be let go or they need to go back to school because this lady you should see the damage she done to my arm trying to do an IV that she did not know how to do she was squinting her eyes with glasses on I just it's ridiculous they need to get these people checked out before they give them jobs

I Hope I'm writing a review for the right place, surgery center connected to the hospital, next to the ER. The kindest, most amazing staff I have ever met. Very caring, explained everything to me and made me feel very taken care of. I can't remember my nurses name, but she was an amazing human and I greatly appreciated her assisting me today.

I been here 2 times in last 6 months. Everything went great. Everyone is super nice! Friendly staff willing to help out with all your needs! Well taken care of!
