Went to Urgent care, I was sent to emergency room. I did not know that since they were side by side. Was charged for emergency room service, when I thought it was urgent care. Anyone who knows me, would know I would NEVER go to the emergency room unless I was deathly sick. I was not told I was in ER now I have called, called and called with no results in getting it changed to urgent care! The bill was over 600 for taking my temp and blood pressure twice! I am disputing it but no results yet!

WHAT A JOKE!👎👎👎 Running a fever since yesterday, called Dr. as I have all the symptoms of the CHINA VIRUS and was told to call in the morning! Even notified my employer as I knew I'd be turned at the door with a fever. Called 1st thing this morning and was told that the Dr was in with a patient and would return my call Asap..... 4hrs later I called to see if they were calling in Rx or if I was to be seen or tested. My child had labs performed in their urgent care and upon discharge we were told numerous times that they would specifically call us with results once they came back. I never heard anything and when I called to see what the results were they refused to give results. They said that I could either check Mychart or her family provider. DO NOT GO TO THEIR URGENT CARE clinic they will be your insurance as an ER visit... and u get stuck with a $200 copay on my case rather than $40 urgent care visit whyyyyy because they’re in the same office and that’s how they get away with it.
My daughter went to Urgent Care to have her eye checked; she was billed for the ER and a "surgical suite". It's been over 6 months, they never corrected the coding on the bill, which they told her they would, and are not working with her in settling her bill. First experience here, will definitely be the last!

Billing department is a complete joke. statements arrive saying they billed insurance but they didn't cover anything, call insurance company and they claim they were never bills. multiple calls to billing to get them to charge insurance, they keep saying they will and then never do. in the mean time they just turn you into collections. go to Mercy!!
2 hour wait time for them to say my kid is fine when I know she feels like crap!
