Unprofessionallism at it's best. My father's car was in the parking lot since 8am no one had heard from him all day. Called Promedica dozens of times just to be lied to about my father. I had to call dozens of hospitals to find out where he was. Come to find out he was admitted at 8am because he was swollen and couldn't breathe. He could have died and no one could bother to tell his own sons where he was. He was transferred from Promedica to Borgess and was on a breathing tube. How this hospital is even rated 3.1 is beyond me. My husband has been suffering from headaches for over a month, most recently migraines and went in for relief. I’m so happy to say that we paid $250 for ONE Tylenol pill, and a note to follow up with another dr so THEY could prescribe him something. This is a JOKE!! $250 for one Tylenol, and they couldn’t even give him a shot for relief or even prescribe him something for relief. WORST HOSPITAL!

RecommendedMy daughter started suffering from high fevers and they had a pediatric nurse on hand that was so friendly and helpful. I called her several times regarding my baby. Her temp got to 105 one night, so I took her in. Dr. Mike Degrecyes team helped my daughter immensely and I will always be forever grateful. They jumped right on in, and did everything to help her. They also comforted me in the process since this trip was far from a easy one. My girl is my world, and they made my world a priority and I am so grateful for that. ❤... read more

Today my son and I walked into the ER. Both ladies behind the desks just looked at us like we were lost. So I sanitize my hands and step forward, thats when one of them finally spoke! Only to yell that my son also needs to sanitize his hands 😒 the entire time the lady was just nasty and honestly shouldn’t be around people if she hates her job that much. Never once were we greeted, or even talked to like we mattered. We got a Covid test, but no idea how to get the results or when! So thanks for the test, wish I knew what to ... read more

Why are parents being told, specifically by dr D, that children CANNOT go to school if they are not immunized? All you do is go to the health department for a waiver. Michigan currently allows all 3 exemptions! What is informed consent? NOT lying to your patients and not telling the about religious, philosophical, and medical exemptions all allowed and can be obtained at the local health department.

A member of my family is seriously ill. He has required numerous visits to the hospital for multiple tests. From the time we enter the front door until the time we leave, we have encountered nothing but outstanding, professional, compassionate care. You would think each of them were caring for their own family member. Just to name a few, Doreen, Casey, and Julie in radiology, Jamie RN, Dr Cox, Dr Rodriguez, Dr McGraff, Mary from Dr Rodriguez office and others whose names I have forgotten.
