I came to ER and was admitted for pneumonia. Staff were all great and took good care of me. Third floor nurses were very kind and attentive. Food was good too. I had good experience and feel blessed to have this hospital in our community.
I was taken by ambulance to this hospital and was treated extremely poorly by all three of my nurses. My doctor was fine but the nurses that were taking care of me were not attentive or responsive to any urgent needs. I was vulnerable and they were laughing at me like it was funny that I’m sick. It makes me very upset because I thought I could possibly die and here my three nurses are laughing at me because I was unable to control my bodily functions at that time. I got there at 10:30 pm, checked in and waited, and waited they let me in told me to go out and wait. they took so long to bring me to a room waited another hour just for me to leave the hospital at 2:38 am.
Great experience Facility is modern and welcoming Staff I encountered was great
