Ignores requests to stop calling. Not helpful when questions asked for why extra testing was needed. Was told “I just schedule and do not have any medical background”did not offer to transfer me to anyone who could help. Radiologist appeared unsatisfied with nothing negative being found on mammogram, and suggested that even though scan was clean they wanted more invasive testing

I had a diagnostic mammogram and US back in November. Of course like everyone who presents for that testing, I was feeling pretty anxious. The wait before being called was reasonable and the time spent waiting between each diagnostic component was brief. Everyone there from start to finish was professional, patient, and kind. I especially loved that they discussed the process for routine follow-up imaging and of course getting results in real time was a blessing. I cannot say enough about how great this place is. I went in with an issue I noticed. My family doc immediately referred me to this location. I had a mammogram, and a diagnostic mammogram. They did not feel that was sufficient and moved me directly to ultrasound. I was then talked to by a doctor who gave me the next steps that day. I was given time to absorb what was told to me, given ample time to ask questions, and felt ok leaving. I felt good leaving with a direction instead of a lot of what ifs in my mind. Trying to follow physican orders and the supervisor I spoke with refuses to schedule my breast MRI. After explaining I'm high risk, my paperwork indicates high risk, the supervisor read my history and decided I'm not high risk, even though she's not a physician, let alone my physician who knows my history and has examined my actual breasts. The worst service while scheduling my appointment for mbi. Some desk people are arrogant, not helpful at all. Kept on sending me back to UTMC for my previous imaging. My doctor sent them those images 3 times, but they didn't get them somehow. Never offered to call straight to my doctors office and solve a problem this way. It was a crazy experience.
