Pro Med is very unprofessional, every time I have transportation set up on the weekend's no one ever shows up, for almost 2 weeks I had to call them to make sure that a driver was on their way.. NOW ONCE AGAIN I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT 6a.m. AND ONCE AGAIN PRO MED IS NO WHERE IN SIGHT!!! I never get a phone call to let me know that the driver is running late, or that I need to find another transportation company to take me to my medical appointment..There is also no one at their office to talk to..
