The front desk is an absolute clown show. They screw up our medication calls in almost every time. Don’t call us back when they said they would. And are inconsistent on information provided. My wife most recently came in for a chest infection. We were told to pick up a particular script at Meijer. It wasn't called in. I called the office and they said they'd fix it. Called Meijer again, they still hadn't called it in. So we called Pro Med and was told to just take Ibuprofen and gargle salt water. Completely different instruc... read more
