Have this Dr.office for my mom for about 3 yrs because she's disabled bed ridden and can't go to a doctor's office..I have been calling that my mom needs medication refills and answering machine has been on for the past 4 days since Thursday..closed weekends...that's with calling 6 times a day says to leave message that is ridiculous. So where to turn now anyone have suggestions and a good visiting home doctor.
If I could give them no stars I would. Dr. Fernando Basail is nice, but his staff is incompetent. They never send faxes back for others services. I have to call them just to get them to send stuff. They always leave me on hold for over 20 minutes. The one time I got upset and asked to speak to their office manager she was rude. I might have to switch to a different doctor office for my aunt because they obviously care nothing about their patients.
