Wait time was over an hour long, staff was not helpful at all! Only 1 receptionist, who took a break in the middle of signing me and 2 other people in! Every time I asked how long the wait would be I was told I’d be seen next, and 2 people were seen that came in after I had! I’d never recommend this pro med in Salisbury, NC!
Do not have Covid testing done here!!! It’s going on 5 days still no results. If they answer the phone at all they will tell you they will call you back the next morning or whatever they think you want to hear. I will never ever go here again.
I went in on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at 9.30 am and left at 1:30 am. I went to ProMed because I was in a car accident the day before. I was concerned that I might have fractures in neck and one knee. Nurse Practitioner, Candice, was professional and thorough. She listened to my description of the accident and my concerns. She had me perform a series of moves to determine the extent of my injuries. She documented my seatbelt bruises and other non-fracture injuries. Then she ordered x-rays.
