I am currently waiting with my sick 5 year old and really not happy so far. We got here early so we didn't have to sit in here all day long. However the lady at the front desk didn't put my daughters name in when we checked in (third) but waited until she checked everyone else in we are now going to be waiting an hour and a half to even get seen. Hopefully the health care professionals are a bit more competent than the office staff. I will update my review later. So far not happy.
This nurse by the name of Ketara made my first visit to Promed with my nephew outstanding. First we were greeted with a smile. At the time it was a lil busy but the nurse handled everything very professionally, kept the office going smoothly. She's a natural. She interacted with the patients and kept my nephew calm. Fantastic!
