The exterminator is a very friendly and well mannered Dutch gentleman. He honoured the 3 month warranty by coming a second time without charge to do an extra application to finally rid of all the German roaches. My situation was out of the ordinary as my affected area was filled with fish tubs and tanks just like a pet fish store. I needed a system of intervention that doesn’t affect my fish, dogs and cat.
