This team is incredible! We got our kitchen and a bathroom vanity done from them after a bad experience with a different contractor. They were so professional, trustworthy and reliable. They did exactly what they promised and delivered the project on time and for a really fair price. So happy with how my kitchen turned out! Promax helped me create the kitchen I had envisioned. The staff are kind and willing to accommodate. The bulk of the work was completed in a timely manner, however the small touch-ups and "fixes" took longer than expected. That being said, I would still highly recommend their services if you're thinking of renovating.
The ProMax team delivered a great product on time and at a good price. I love the countertop and the new cabinet doors and hardware revitalize the kitchen.
Very happy with our kitchen overall. Family-run business and very responsive. Some delays (I believe we were quoted a 3 week wait and it took 3 months), limited product selection and they could not install we even had to move the cabinets from the delivery truck ourselves. I think most of these problems were covid-related. Good value however some minor defects and missing hinges, damaged goods, etc. All minor problems and overall happy with the finished product
I will never regret the decision to hire these guys. Polite, hard working, meticulous, timely. The biggest bonus? The price was sooo much better than others that quoted us. You’ll miss out if you don’t hire these guys. Sandra. Oshawa.
