Some things were okay, but others extremely frustrating. The quality of materials seems decent, and the final look is acceptable, but the wait times are ridiculous. I was told “2-3 hours,” and the job ended up taking over 5. During that time, nobody checked in or explained the delay. Also, there was a surprise extra charge for “prep work” that wasn’t mentioned in the original estimate. Transparent quoting is clearly not their strong suit.
Customer service was nearly non-existent. I tried emailing with questions about their film options and costs, and got vague answers that didn’t address my concerns. After installation, I noticed the tint shade was much darker than what I had asked for — it’s almost opaque. When I asked for a remedy, they seemed defensive, blamed outside lighting, and refused to adjust it. Felt like they didn’t care once the money was in.
I had ProMaster do a ceramic tinting job on my SUV and was very disappointed. After only a few weeks, the tint started bubbling near the edges, and some parts are peeling already. When I called them, they said it happens “with exposure” and there’s nothing they can do unless I pay again. For a premium price, I expected a warranty that actually meant something. The finish also isn’t even — some windows have visible streaks. Will not return.
Scheduling was a nightmare. They quoted me two days ahead, but then delayed the appointment by over a week without so much as a phone call. On the day finally scheduled, the technician showed up late, seemed rushed, and the installation was sloppy: misaligned edges and visible dust trapped under the film. They admitted they forgot to clean thoroughly. For what I paid, I expected better attention to detail.
