Eric was very nice and showed me what was wrong, figured out the age and warrantees of my system! He was super patient with all of my questions!
Horrible Experience!!! Technician recommended us a $2500 fix or a $10000 whole new system. We paid the $119 visit fee and chose to get a second opinion and from another HVAC tech (not from Air Pros) and they discovered it was just a $100 fix. I feel that Air Pros were so focused on trying to get more money that they didn't complete a thorough diagnosis. Amazing service, I took advantage of the service special they have now and a technician called Albert passed by last week and found our unit super dirty, he took his time to go over the system and shows us pictures of the inside of the unit. He went over several options with my husband and we agreed to a very reasonable price for a system cleaning and he took care of it on the spot. Very happy with the Albert the technician and Air Pros. Highly recommend this company :)
Éric and Sean were very nice and came to fix the AC. They were very patient and kind. We are debating on what to do (clean or get a new unit) but I’m sure they will help either way!
