Valsey Bartley/Promar was PHENOMENAL and an absolute pleasure to work with. She is a true visionary and takes great pride in her work. The love and enthusiasm she has for her craft is second to none. I enlisted Valsey/Promar to assist with planing a surprise birthday party for my wife. The party went off without any missteps. She helped me take what I envisioned in my mind and made it a reality. Thanks to Valsey who made my surprised retirement party an amazing affair. This party was in June 2017 and is being talked about as if it was New Year’s Eve. Valsey took the stress from me and made it an experience of having a party as easy as 123. She assured me there was no need for worry just tell her my requests and it would be done. This organization is a complete life saver. Planning an event is very stressful but Valsey from Promar Consultants was a great asset. Valsey attended to every need and issue. Not only was I relieved of the headache of planning my big birthday bash, but Valsey pointed out potential hick-ups I did not account for and provided solutions.
