We were having problems with our AC and called Promag. We met Oscar and Mike, two very professional repairmen that were able to identify our problem in less than a minute or so of being on-site. The actual fix took 5 minutes, maybe less time than that, and sure enough, the AC is back and working better than it has in a long time. Extremely satisfied with this interaction. Promag can expect our business again if ever there's a problem in the future. Thanks guys!
