Look Elswhere ,,, Poor quality at extreme pricing…. Loud arrogant demanding communications when I declined to pay prior to the completion of work. They left a mess behind and replaced my high quality thermostat with a cheap un programmable one. This place is only interested in taking your money and moving on to the next victim. Look elsewhere!,,

Look elsewhere… Poor quality at top prices. They left the job unfinished and did not clean up the site. Finger pointing and threatening demands when I made them aware I would not pay until job was complete…. Replaced my quality thermostat with a cheap non programmable because the top notch technician did not know how to adjust it even though it was programmable. LOOK ELSE WHERE

worst co. i ever delt with i would never recomend them for anything.tech.came to my house to do a tune up..charget me 1500 and it did not a older tech came i told him i thought it was a thermostat .he put in a new thermostat it works fine. the first tech told me i need a new air conditener for 9000. when the first tech was leaving i said dont you change the filter . he said it is dirty and left without doing anything.when the techs left .i cleanet the interior fims and it worked fine. they are totaly useless.do not do busin... read more

My family used this company to install a new ac unit in there summer home and we experienced the worst customer service. A/c unit was not installed properly the first time so we had to literally hunt down the boss to fix the A/C properly. What is even more suspicious now (three years later) is that we have 4 permits still opened by these guys and they are saying we have to pay to close permits ( $500.00)that they opened to complete the job. No detail on invoicing, dealt directly with President of company, John Harris. sent the following letter: PROMAG Energy Group 3300 37th St Orlando, FL 32839 Attn: John Harris And Crystal V., Please cancel and refund the two Svc Mtnc Agreements on Invoice #71436. We no longer wish to have these items from your company.
