I waited seven months. Nothing from my project. Now they don't want to return my deposit. Mr. Americo doesn't answer the phone. I thought they were a serious company. They are thiefs. I will continue to insist that my deposit be returned. Esperé siete meses. Nada de mi proyecto. Ahora no quieren devolver mi depósito. El señor Americo no responde el teléfono. Pensé eran una compañía seria. Son unos ladrones. Voy a seguir insistiendo para que devuelvan mi depósito.
We had Proluminum install a screened patio enclosure with a roof. We have been waiting almost 5 months for them to come out and repair water leaks. Now they are not even answering our calls or emails. I would NOT recommend them. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
We have repeatedly tried to contact the company to repair our enclosure. Absolutely no response. Customer service and product quality sub par. Would never recommend this company. One star is even too generous. Extremely frustrating and disappointing when company does not stand behind their product, or even respond when contacted.
As a CNA health care worker I paid this company over $7000.00 to build a porch at the back of my home after 2mths it rain and I have a leak it takes them 3mths to come and look at it. Miguel and Americo told me if it leak I should call back. The rain fall the following week and it was worst that what it was and from last year July 2020 I have been calling and trying to get someone to fix it no luck both men are full of promises and I reach the point where I am going to take legal action because I have been through the battle... read more
Estas personas no sirven, no tienen palabra , son unos estafadores ,hicieron todo su trabajo mal en nuestra casa, montaron una pérgola mal, pusieron mal la electricidad, nada de lo que hicieron funciono y Lugo nunca quisieron dar la cara.... No Hagan Nada Con Esta gente que se dicen llamarse Compañia pk no es cierto , son unos ESTAFADORES
