Went in for inspection, was told I needed new power steering pump before it would pass. They charged me a portion of the inspection fee and told me to return after I got a pump and they would finish the inspection and I'd have to pay the remaining balance. Took my vehicle to Wilmington Auto and Tire for the power steering pump- upon inspecting my vehicle they told me that a pump was not needed, they had no idea why pro lube didn't pass me. Most wonderful staff, I stopped in about a month ago with my husbands truck and I was more than pleased with the service I received, the manager Eddie was very polite and honest and more than thorough with details as to what they were going to do for me. They got me in and out of there in perfect timing. I will continue coming to this location. More than pleased!!!
Went to Pro Lube 4 for oil change yesterday when I got home found they charged my debit card twice. Called business and left message, no reply. Called their customer service no reply. Went to the business this Morning and manager said there was Nothing he could do. What a Rip off, filed a complaint with My bank about the unauthorized transaction. This is not how you should do business. Called customer service for Pto Lube three times and stl no reply.
This place can't keep business because they suck at everything they do. I have literally seen people walk out of this place mad everytime I'm in there. This time they screwed me over. I WILL Not ever go back and will most definitely will tell everyone i know in Odgen area not to go and waste there time even on an inspection.
Take all our cars for oil changes and state inspections. Great guys, tell it like it is!!
This shop is the worst ever and I will never return! I went there for several years to get inspections with the same vehicle and it always passed. I go back this time and the morons who can't even spell right made up a thousand reasons why they wouldn't pass my inspection. They lied about most of the reasons and made up the rest. For example my parking brake and wipers work fine and so did the light I just replaced the day before I went there. These are great guys, with a great reputation. They make sure your car is safe and legal before they let you leave the shop. Unfortunately the guy below just couldn't handle the facts. I, for one, appreciate the honesty, and have personally seen them guide a friend through the steps to fix an issue before it gets worse. REAL service for REAL people.
I have used Prolube for over a decade and have always been satisfied with their service and staff. Whether it is their 17th St location, Market St., or College Rd., I have always been treated courteously and with respect. Prolube has always been able to get me in and out with hardly a wait, and you don't even have to leave your car! With Prolube's help, my last car got to 350,000 miles and my current vehicle has 167,525 miles. They are doing something right!
