I have been dealing with Pro Link for many years and they have always offered amazing customer service. Michael Engelberg and Monica Legere have been a tremendous help and they are an asset to this company. I would and have recommended Pro Link to anyone who askes me about insurance.
Michael helped me through all possible best/worst case scenarios. I found him incredibly patient and answered questions with thoughtfulness and knowledge. I appreciated him encouraging me to reach out at any point with the assurance he would get back to me asap. The process of what I could be doing next, makes the process less daunting encouraging to after speaking to him.
