Not recommended Would like to give “0” star if there is option. Frustrated their agent Marc De Sousa and account manager Rachel Nevins for their un-consistent quotation. 1. Call their numbers, never in place. Always busy and request leave message. 2. My professional liability insurance with Prolink for 2 years. Received renew link recently, filled and submitted with same premium amount, but no payment link. 3. Lori Ann provided excellent customer service. She offered recommendations regarding additional insurance coverage that was worthwhile. She also identified items to include in order to reduce the premium so the overall premium increase was nominal. Much appreciated!
