As per a few other responses, I am now experiencing the same thing. I'm requesting for some flower arrangement and is taking more than 24hrs /48hrs to get a quote... Communication is extremely difficult I messaged on Instagram and no response, so I had to email twice... then, emailed twice total of 4 times to get a reply of a short sentence asking me back something... Maybe my order is very small but this should not be difficult to quote 3 bouquets some corsage and boutonniere, snd 2 sections for the arch.
Our experience with Proline and Kathleen was overall very good. There were a few hiccups here and there but it worked out very well. She was easy to talk to. We ordered florals, string lights, and chair covers for our wedding. The flowers were fantastic, she also helped us decorate our cake with some spare flowers, looked fantastic. On the day of, she arrived on time and had helpers with her (I think they were family members, but did a good job). Clean up after the ceremony was also prompt.
