Scam alert! I would give zero stars if that was an option. The plumber approached the diagnosis in what appeared to be the wrong order. Rather than starting with a basic $136 auger diagnostic, he removed my entire toilet and performed a sewer camera inspection before first ruling out simpler, less expensive causes. I was later told that these additional services would have been performed regardless because the work order came through the HOA and that the HOA pays for a sewer diagnostic. Proline is who you need to call. The service was excellent and fast . The technician was very professional he fixed the problem and made sure the alarm system was working correctly before leaving 😊

Hristo from Proline Plumbing and Sewer was fantastic! He was courteous and professional, arriving within 30 minutes of me calling and had our repair completed and water restored within another 30 minutes. We are so grateful for his prompt, after hours service and repairs with quality materials rather than the cheap, gray plastic angle stop that broke on us!
