I would give a negative review if I could. This company came out to install a new sump pump in my crawl space. Long story short, they purchased low level equipment and installed it poorly. Three months later I had to have them come back out to "fix" the sump pump. Again, they did poor work and my crawl space is now covered in 1-2 feet of standing water. When our technician was out in early December, he found that the float was stuck causing the unit not to work properly. Our technician made a modification to the float and it was working correctly when he left. I assure you that we use quality equipment. He was prompt, easy going. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about his craft. Good job. I will defiantly use him again if I need a plumber.
Proline Plumbing installed new expansion tank for our home. I really liked the scheduling system that automatically sends text messages to notify when the technician is on the way. Tony was punctual, really friendly and knowledgable. He answered all the questions we had and explained what he will do before the job started. He did everything he said he would, and he was very efficient. I would use this company whenever we need pluming issues and recommend to our friends.
Great services. Dwayne came out to fix a faulty flex patch done by another company that did back there work. Dwayne was here early and was able to quickly identify the faulty work and make a proper repair. Dwayne advocated for a copper pipe repair with our home warranty company and was able to do the copper pipe repair instead of a flex pipe patch. Wonderful company.
Had emergency plumbing problem. Proline sent out Tony. Tony said need new toilets, took 15 minutes charged an hour. Called Proline told them to send anyone other than Tony. Next guy was fine. Diagnosed problem. They sent out Tony to fix with equipment. He screwed it up. Called me accidentally and complained about me over the phone, thought he was talking to his boss. Still wouldn’t accept other plumber’s diagnosis. I called his boss to solve problem, he said he’d call me back. Tony called me back.
Great company, great guys, great quality and fast without compromise. I would use these guys again and again. If your looking for a good plumber these guys are the best, trust me I'm a contractor and i know what quality and promptness looks like lol.
They are always very considerate, clean, and professional. Tony is a really good manager, and makes sure the job is always done correctly. Thanks For All Your Help!!!
