This is a terrible company and they just take the advantage of emergency situation. I had a broken pipe and asked them to send someone to fix it. They sent someone to my house and I shown them the location of the broken pipe. They (Tony) said it will cost $1650 to fix those two broken tee. I said there is no way to cost so much. He said ok. If you don't do it, you will still need to pay $275 for asking someone to come and "diagnostic". This is like invite a robbery to your own house!

I found issue with my hot water tank leaking. Called the number and got an appointment scheduled next day. The service Technician Joe arrived on sight actually ahead of schedule. He came in accessed the situation in just couple of mins. Gave me no run around flat out said your tank needs replaced. Got the estimate and he had everything on the truck to do the job. I called estimate is 155$ hour... Tony showed up on time said 750$ min... Tony was here 1hour 10 min charged 750$ plus tax??? Said no free estimates they charge 125$ just to show up Bait and switch business practices
