I had a great experience with ProLift Garage Doors of Brentwood. Marcus and his team were professional, responsive, and showed up right on time. They walked me through my options for a new garage door and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. We ended up replacing our old garage door and opener, and the difference is night and day. The new insulated door looks amazing and the opener is super quiet. The installation was done the same day and everything was cleaned up before they left. Exceptional customer service from the Brentwood ProLift team. They are prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue with my garage door instantly, gave me an upfront quote, and completed the work in under an hour. It’s hard to find trustworthy home service companies these days, but these guys are the real deal. Will definitely use them again! Always ask for Marcus, he is a great guy to work with. He will treat you right at all times.
Our teenager backed into the bottom two panels of our garage door. We thought we would have to replace the entire door but they were actually able to find matching panels and just replace those. Arturo and Keonis did a great job swapping them out. Made quick work of it too. Highly recommend.
Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable when discussing our garage door problems. He was able to knowledgeably discuss the issue and offer quick solutions without recommending replacement. The strategy was money-saving and honest.
