My daughter's trainer originally referred us to Dr. Tony and Prolific Wellness when we noticed that she has limited range of motion in her hips and knees which could have resulted in serious injury. Dr. Tony observed the same and also noted limited mobility in her achilles and ankles. He does a great job of leading my daughter through exercises and movements that enabled her to improve very quickly and even helped her with excercises for both her cross country and lacrosse seasons. I have suffered many years with lower back problems. I have seen many Physical Therapists and chiropractors (I’m 57). Dr. Tran is the ONLY one who has ever taken the time to FULLY assess my issues AND find the root cause. With his guidance, therapy and exercises I am well on my way to feeling good again!
