As others have said, Fernando did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets for the move-out cleaning of a townhouse. Very pleased with the results and the experience of working with him.
We cannot thank Fernando at Prolific Steamer enough for his professionalism and dedication to customer service. We have been having work done on the basement since a water incident in mid-May. We were near the end, having replaced all the drywall. The outstanding item was cleaning the wall-to-wall carpet; we were sure it would take us weeks to get this done and finally move back into our basement. Prolific steamer did an outstanding job cleaning mother’s carpet, sofa and chair. Everything looked beautiful.
Excellent service. Everything looked great, the gentleman was transparent about pricing, and he was both polite and punctual. I highly recommend.
