I have 3 area rugs that needed cleaning and to remove pet odors. Calling Fernando, I could sense on the phone that his service is prompt and efficient, plus his quote was quite reasonable compared to a few other rug cleaners I called. During his visit, I learned he is very affable, has all the equipment and materials, and gets the job done right. I would certainly use him again.
