Dr. Petty is wonderful. He is very kind, he listens and is very thorough, answering all questions. The person at the front desk was very nice although, she never told me her name. The person/nurse (?) who called me back, also never introduced herself or told me her title. She was very curt and not overly friendly. When my doctor came to talk with me before my procedure, he mentioned to her that I am a nurse and then, she was nice. Please always introduce yourself to patients and let them know your title. Wonderful staff.... you guys communicate so well, and have great attitude. There's nothing worse than going to a doctors office with a bunch of drones… You guys are amazing!
All went well but the bedside service by the doc was so maybe cause he had a long day I don't know but I'm patched up and on way to recovery
