Good luck with billing. I'm out a year and hours of calls unscrambling their errors up to an including referral to collections for mediocre surgeon. They make this too painful.

I think their medical staff is excellent. My surgeon for my wrist surgery was great and follow ups, wonderful. I am now doing therapies — staff is caring and truly helpful. What lowers my rating is their billing office. They are rude, lacking in professionalism and certainly do not have any concern about the patients. I am a veteran. I came to Proliance for an emergency wrist surgery. I did not have a “reference” number from the Veterans Administration, so I paid first two office visits (Aug 28 and Sep 5 at $200 each) as dep... read more
