Rude, negligent! He ignored our concern the whole visit. We clearly stated no LOUD sound exam. He negligently preformed webber and rinne's test without obtained our consent, without any waring of explanation!!!! Instead of striking the tuning fork softly on his elbow, he bang the tuning fork on the table creating a much louder sound and put it right at my son's ear! This unprofessional performance causing my musician son's ear suffering tinnitus right away!!!!!!!!!!!!!
