Never had a bad experience with Proliance! Front desk, assistants, dr’s to MRI’s….all have listened and have been supportive. Felt cared for and feels like it’s a well run facility!
My doctor sent in a referral 11 days ago, never heard from the imaging, and I have left 2 messages, and still nothing. I can't understand why messages would be ignored. I worked in the medical field, and I am surprised at the lack of follow-through.
Highly recommend! From the initial call for scheduling with Jill, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable (I'm a little claustrophobic) to arriving at the clinic both Jill & Mary were amazing! Brian was outstanding, I've had several MRI 's and surgeries & he is the best radiologist bar none! Jill, Mary and Brian deserve recognition and raises! 😉Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
