BEWARE!!! These people are scrum lords. I don't know how they stay in business. I had to threatened to take them to court ,for them to return my deposit after I moved out. They never fixed anything while I was a tenant. Cindy is incapable of running anything let alone a realty business. And Stanley should not be allowed to have a real estate license. I dealt with this company for one year recently in 2014-2015. PLEASE read the reviews here. They are extremely accurate about this company and what you will be dealing with if you use them.
We live in one of there homes andiit's hands down the worst place to live and we can't wait to move out they won't fix anything and if they do it's because you had to fight for it.
As with all rentals, nothing is perfect......that's the incentive to buy......but I thought the reviews posted for Cindy and Stanely were pretty harsh. When applying for our current rental with them, they were very open about telling us others also applied for the place and they retrospectively kept the playing fields fair. Filled out an application and submitted the app fee. Found out there were other interested parties in the house and they choose another applicant for some unknown reason. While expressing interest in the house, they agreed that they would hold the house for our needed move in date as along as we paid a deposit. They did not tell us that there was other interested parties in the house. After they cashed the app fee, they told us that they decided on another applicant and could not get a refund back. Horrible landlord! Do not rent a property or apartment from these people! If you have any problems that need repair...good luck! They do not speak English nor do they understand TX laws. They never answer their phone and never call you back. They are very dishonest! Quiet enjoyment is not in their vocabulary. They do not understand that the tenant has possession and treats it as if it is they that has possession of the home. They will not make any repairs even if it is major (such as a hot water heater).
